EQUIP FOR SPORT

Fair Game’s Equip for Sport program aims to increase access to sport and fitness activities for everyone through donations of pre-loved sports equipment. We know the value of getting active, for healthy minds and bodies and building a sense of social inclusion.

If you are a not for profit club, charity or community organisation, working to support disadvantaged communities in Western Australia, you are welcome to apply for equipment.

All equipment is secondhand.  We make every effort to ensure items are clean and in good useable condition.

Please note we are not able to pay for delivery.

See FAQ below for pick up points and further information.

  • We supply pre-loved sports equipment to remove a barrier to participation in sport and fitness activities.  Any not for profit organisation, club or charity that uses sport to support disadvantaged communities in Western Australia is encouraged to make a request. However please note we are not able to pay for delivery.

Equipment can be collected from our office in Bassendean, Perth or from the CTI Logistics depots located in the following regional centres: Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, Newman, Geraldton, Bunbury, Kalgoorlie.

If you are able to pay for delivery we are happy to arrange this.

As our vision is for a Fit and Healthy Australia we are not able to supply sports equipment to organisations outside of Australia.

  • You may request any sports equipment items and sports shoes, from yoga mats to boxing gloves, footy boots to track shoes.  You will be able to see what is available through the online store once your application has been accepted.

We do not supply helmets for any sport due to safety reasons.

  • There are no limits on the amount of equipment you may request. Please bear in mind that we want to help as many people as possible so only request items you will use now so we have enough to go around.

You can always place another request at a later date if you find that you need more or different equipment.

  • All equipment is secondhand. We do our best to ensure that items are clean and in good useable condition.  Occasionally we may miss something, so we advise that all items are checked before use.

  • If you would like to have your equipment shipped to a specific address you will need to organise and pay for the shipping and let us know the details prior to us filling your order.

Otherwise all orders need to be collected from one of the following locations:

Perth Collection points: Fair Game offices in Bassendean, Perth WA.

Regional WA collection points: Thanks to the generous support of CTI Logistics we are able to deliver to their depots in the following regional centres from which you can collect:  Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, Newman, Geraldton, Bunbury, Kalgoorlie.

  • We try to fulfil requests as quickly as possible but we have a small team so it is best to allow a couple of weeks.  We will notify you when it will be ready for collection.

If your request is urgent, send us an email on warehouse@fairgame.org.au and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.

  • No, the equipment is provided completely free.

If you are unable to pick up your equipment from one of our collection points, you will need to pay for delivery.

  • Completing a Wish List Application will ensure we have all the information we need to assess your request. We are not able to fulfil requests without a completed Wish List.

The information given also helps us track the demographics of who is receiving the equipment which is essential for us to secure funding to continue the program.

If, having completed the Wish List, you still have questions please feel free to email us at warehouse@fairgame.org.au

  • You will be able to see everything that is available through the online store once your application has been accepted. This includes equipment that is suitable for games and play.
